Diet and Weight Loss - The Next Best Thing
It seems that every day brings a new product from weight loss , or " secret" to weight loss revealed .
Vi diets, pills , creams and other products in the weight loss suddenly become popular and gradually.
Do you continue to discover any of this actually works, or make better choices for weight loss ?
Well, maybe a little of both .
It's
part of the problem, you see. Another part is that if these things
work, the claims made are often much more than what the product can
actually provide .
Let's look at three recently referred by a
physician well known in his show elements. These elements are
Garcinia cambogia, raspberry ketones , green coffee extract .
For
now, they are still very hot topics , even if the claims have been
around for a while, but the "best" is just around the corner.
Garcinia
cambogia is extracted from the bark of the tamarind. Claims are that
the extract may help burn fat and prevent fat storage .
Raspberries
contain an enzyme, ketone, which increases metabolism and energy and
helps burn fat. It takes a lot of raspberries for effect, but a way was
found to remove the enzyme and put it in a pill.
Green coffee
extract has ... wait for it ... green coffee beans ! Looks like roasting
destroys most of chlorogenic acid in grains. Studies show that this
substance can help burn fat , and have antioxidant qualities as well ,
so it is a good product for overall health .
Now, the point here is
that , like many products promoting weight loss last ... and future,
each by themselves can make a small part of the weight loss for people
who take them. Worse, while studies that seem to support the claims made
by these may actually be a bit daunting if you think of these
products.
For example, a study of these products indicated that
subjects lost an average of 17.5 pounds during a period of about three
months . This was accompanied by a reduction of the total body weight of
10.5 percent.
This appears immediately, and I will not call . I can
recommend a product with such results, assuming no other health
problems .
However, a slightly deeper look at this information .
The
average weight loss and are generally referred to a little less than a
pound a week . Nothing wrong with that ... especially if one considers
the subjects supposedly do other changes in their lives. It is only
slightly less than what experts consider weight loss as an optimal
progression.
An interesting thing is that the subjects were all
young adults and only had 16 people involved. Another thing to consider
is that this small group was divided so that some have more than other
products. The good news is that those taking the full dose are those who
have lost the most . Also, if some had more and some had less, and some
have lost more and some have lost less , "media" means that the full
dose has lost more than 17.5 pounds.
For the most part , most of the studies used to support the claims made by most other products follow the same pattern .
However,
the same results can be obtained easily by most people that theu lose
weight simply making some changes in the simple lifestyle , such as
reducing sugar intake and increase physical activity. Another problem is
that weight loss by restricting food intake , or redirect the body
processes, can often result in loss of lean muscle mass ... a result
which makes it a little less healthy and slightly more likely to gain
weight back the body.
If you look closely , most of these products
somewhere on its packaging or in your web site or advertising copy ,
there will be some sort of statement to the effect that the product
works best when combined with regular exercise and adequate nutrition.
The conclusion is that while these products can help you lose weight ,
lose more weight and build a healthier body using any exercise regularly
and eat more wisely.
For now, I am personally aware of dozens of
products just the same claims are made. Those who work seem to work at
the same level . Probably the next best product for losing weight will
do the same. Whatever , nothing has been shown that these products work
well as a healthy lifestyle based on exercise and nutrition.
Perhaps,
after all, the next best product weight loss is actually the oldest ...
and one that has been shown to work for anyone .
