Santa Face Cookies:
  • 1 cup butter.
  • 1/2 cup sugar.
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar.
  • 2 tablespoons milk.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 2 1/2 cups flour plus additional for rolling.
  • Royal Packaged Icing Mix.
  • Red food coloring.
  • Pastel candy dots. 
Instructions :
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Instructions: 
Using tongs, dip in candy coating , shaking off excess. Place cookie on waxed paper.
To decorate : Place two chocolate chips on one end of cookies for eyes. Place baking bits via buttons. For arms, dip ends of two pretzel stick halves into coating; hold of each side.Let stand until hardened. Pipe the nose and scarf with gel or frosting.Makes 32 cookies.
Christmas Peppermint Twist Kiss Cookies :

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened.
  • 1/3 cup sugar.
  • 1 egg yolk.
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract.

  • 4 to 8 drops red food coloring.

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Salt and pepper.

     It's almost that time of year again, where the pine trees in the living Lord , the smell of hot chocolate fills the air, and winter for some ( and not others). Yes, it's almost Christmas time again and child nutrition has never been more important than at any other time.
     Sometimes we as parents will just let our hair and play. Doing so will also allow our kids we love, but not much. We should always be in control of their foods, holiday season or not. However, we have the pleasure of us. It is, after all, Christmas.

Ingredients:

Sauce
200 g (7 oz) dark chocolate
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tbsp water
Roughly break up the Alicante nougat.
Butter a 500 ml (1 pt) soufflé dish.
Place a paper collar around the edge of soufflé dish, leaving additional 5 cm ( 2 " ) above the edge. Freeze.
Prepare a thin syrup with water and sugar.
Beat the egg yolks and hot syrup in a blender.
Breaking nougat Jijona in two tablespoons of wine. Whip the cream . Beat the egg whites.
Gently fold together in the same order, all mixtures .
Sprinkle with some of the breath mold nougat Alicante .
Pour the cream prepared.
Leave in the freezer for several hours or overnight for best results.
