     Playing sports is an integral part of the lives of many children. Whether it's football, basketball, football, or any other game, most children play some kind of sport. But sport is healthy for a child, attention to nutrition and exercise appropriate heating is the key to avoiding injury.      The act of playing sports is beneficial for children on many levels. However, it is very important that the focus on the process of preparation is provided as a sport. Drink plenty of water : Hydration is essential for fitness. At least eight glasses of eight ounces should be consumed every day. Young children should drink at least five glasses of water a day.
Drink milk : milk keeps bones healthy and reduces the risk of injury to muscles and joints. Children older than age 2 should drink 1 percent or skim milk instead of whole milk.
Keep away from caffeinated drinks , sweet and mild : For sports that have a longer duration , such as athletics, sports drinks can be helpful in rebuilding the body. These beverages should be consumed in moderation, however.
Warming: Make sure your child understands a routine of stretching and warming up before each practice or game. Jump, run slow and / or lifting moderate weights is effective in preventing muscle damage and tears. Routines own heating also helps keep the body flexible.
Leisure : a solid, uninterrupted eight hours of sleep is essential to replenish the body. Lack of restless sleep or reduced performance and induces a feeling of irritability, loss of interest in activities, and many other symptoms of fatigue.
