Christmas Recipes For Kids

Christmas Cookies

It's almost that time of year again, where the pine trees in the living Lord , the smell of hot chocolate fills the air, and winter for some ( and not others). Yes, it's almost Christmas time again and child nutrition has never been more important than at any other time.
Sometimes we as parents will just let our hair and play. Doing so will also allow our kids we love, but not much. We should always be in control of their foods, holiday season or not. However, we have the pleasure of us. It is, after all, Christmas.
So in the spirit of the holidays, let me describe you to those favorite recipes for your childrens for this holidays :
Reindeer Cupcakes:
Ingredients:
1 chocolate cake mix box (yes people, the simplest recipes are the ingredients of concrete).
1 can of chocolate frosting (or you can do as we do for the average melting cup butter and stir in two-thirds Hershey cup cocoa.
Alternately add one-third cup of milk and 3 cups of powdered sugar and add vanilla extract 1 teaspoon), broken pretzel pieces (of reindeer antlers), M & Ms or something (for eyes and nose reindeer).
Procedure: Prepare cake mix according to package directions, put them in the muffin before baking. Cool and frost with chocolate frosting . Stick pretzel timber on top of the "heads" and add eyes and nose.
baked Omelette
Ingredients: half a loaf of white bread ( cut into cubes ), 1 pound and a half of grated cheddar cheese, 7-8 eggs (depending on size of eggs), 2 cups milk, 1 cup diced cooked ham pinch of salt to taste (although I usually add a pinch of pepper and a touch of hot sauce), a quarter cup of chopped green onions.
Procedure: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13 inch. Place half the bread cubes in the bottom of the tray to the first layer. Sprinkle with half the ham and half the cheese and repeat this step. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper (and / or hot sauce ) and green onions. Pour into mold. Get a baking sheet with a rim and pour water over it before placing the pan on top of the sheet. Bake for about 60 minutes or until eggs are set. Serve hot.
