On the other hand, some parts of your favorite restaurants like McDonalds and Burger King are not really as bad as you think. Some of these "junk foods" low in calories and fat. Certainly, now you can eat tasty fast food meal without feeling guilty.
How to eat healthy in fast food chains:
Research about nutritional facts : Most of the major fast food restaurants have nutritional information on their website. Before you head down or eat McDonald plan, make sure that you have traveled in your first website or research in the nutrition of food. Go with those who have less than 300 calories and low in fat.
* Remove the mayonnaise: When you order a sandwich or a salad, make sure to leave the mayo. Mayonnaise contains a lot of fat and calories. 
* Choose regular/smaller portions: The bigger your sandwich is, the more calories you consume. Instead of a double decker, or a quarter of the pestle, go for a burger and fries normal size without drinking water. Attention to the sauce too. Make sure it is in calories or low in fat.
