f. Tans-fats and hydrogenated vegetable oils, processed foods are full of them. Read carefully the Nutrition Labels when you shop from supermarkets.
g. Avoid large meals and fasting. Frequent small meals and snacks are much better.
3. Recommended to add the following to your food to children :
a. Increase your intake of water.
b. If you insist on drinking juice, the best option is the apple juice with no added sugar.
c. A diet rich in fruits and vegetables, fish and whole grains , brown rice , oats and lentils.
d. An increase in the amount of vitamin C and antioxidant-rich foods, as this vitamin is a chelator week and will join and remove heavy metals. Examples: kiwi, raspberry, peach, black currant, lemon, guava, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, cabbage, peppers and Brussels sprouts.

Many herbs, spices, and seaweeds supply magnesium, such as agar seaweed, coriander, celery seed, sage, dried mustard, basil, fennel seed, and cumin.
g. Increased consumption of foods rich in omega - 3 fatty acids, and that children with ADHD have lower levels of the same . Examples: fatty fish like mackerel, herring, sardines , salmon and tuna. We can also find omega 3 in the dark-green vegetables, canola, sunflower, flaxseed oil and walnuts.
