     Fast food has become more popular substitute for the world to eat at home in cities worldwide. It is an American original invented and developed in the United States. It is a profound reflection on American attitudes and culture. It is tasty, convenient, inexpensive and quick one factor that causes it to be loved by millions of people who use it every day. This makes it very popular is the fact that there is no preparation needed before meals and no dishes to clean later. The researchers note that it is so popular today nearly half of all food expenditure is spent on it in the United States.
     Most people know that eating healthy is necessary and important to avoid smoking, leaving the sedentary lifestyle and a healthy diet. Fast food contributes to chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and cardiovascular disease in general. Also plays an important role in weight gain and obesity. Its effects are so pronounced that the two Americans now have more body fat than any other people at any time in the history of human beings. Data from the CDC in the United States shows that 71 percent of all men in the United States are obese and 62 percent of women. The plague is spreading wildly among children and adolescents.
     Apparently, the great tasting, low cost and convenience of fast food haunts their lovers. Much of what people eat does not in any way contribute to healthy weight. Instead , it is a cause of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and hypertension. There are significant differences between the two groups of people, or those who eat a lot of fast food and do not eat differences. To start quickly eager to consume more fat and saturated fat. They have more body fat. Fewer fruits and vegetables are consumed. A study was conducted in 15 years concluded that eating takeaway is linked to diabetes and weight gain.
     Studies show that people who live near a lot of fast food restaurants probably eat most forms of assimilation. Canadian research has reinforced this idea by adding another dimension. It showed that people living near a number of restaurants were also removed prone to suffer from heart disease and premature death. However, another study showed a correlation between the number of restaurants per square mile and obesity. The U.S. states that have the highest concentration of outlets per square mile also have the highest rates of obesity.
Fast food has been shown to cause disease such as cancer, heart disease, and high blood pressure.
